INTERVIEW SESSION

Interview session with Mr. Nazim Bin Rome, CEO of Platinum Apple Communication & Entertainment. The interviewer was assigned by Nur Izaz Emyra Binti Rohimmi, student of Diploma in Event Management (Semester 5 / Session June 2015).

Interview session with Ms. Liana Binti Ahmad, Project Manager of Platinum Apple Communication & Entertainment. The interviewer was assigned by Siti Farah Liyana Binti Jefri, student of Diploma in Event Management (Semester 5 / Session June 2015).

Interview session with Mr. Saiful Alif, representative of Technical crew Platinum Apple Communication & Entertainment. The interviewer was assigned by Mohd Hafizullah Bin Jamiludin, student of Diploma in Event Management (Semester 5 / Session June 2015). This interview session was in Bahasa Malaysia version.

CIDOS INSPIRING LEARNING AWARDS 2015 (eDOLA)

A few of our classmates appointed as usher who will welcoming guest in front the hall. They also assigned to bring guest to registration section. Basically, they have to know and recognized VIP guest and bring them to VIP registration table.

Four persons from our classmates have been in-charged as usher where they have to bring guest who has been registered into Grand Ballroom and usher them to their table according the tag given during registration.

VIP registration section handle by our classmates Izaz Emyra, the task required her to assist VIP to sign on registration form as their attendance. For VIP, we provided guest book as they need to give signature as their attendance. VIP that attend to the eDOLA 2015 event are from Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik, Polytechnic Malaysia directors, deputy directors and head of department each Polytechnic.

Lecturers & students registration section handled by Maizatul Syaza , Muslihah and Fairuz on the day as they need to treated guest with professional and politely during guest arriving to the registration section. After registration session each of them need to be given table tag for seating arrangement. We made ourself all attendance form and name list provided by Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik (JPP) according to each polytechnic that win each categorised of prizes. 

Meanwhile for Press registration section handled by Nurul Syafiqah and Ayuni Nadira as they need to wait patiently for them and as soon as they arrived, crews need to fill in they name and give they signature on registration form and gave them their table tag.

Photo Booth session after event, guest was welcome to enjoy the photo booth session in front of registration section for free. the photo booth provided by Platinum Apple Communication & Entertainment. 

The emcee announce the arrival of VVIP, Yg. Berhormat Datuk Mary Yap Kain Ching into the Grand Ballroom. 

Yg. Berhormat  Datuk Mary Yap Kain Ching arrival accompany by group of dancer from Polytechnic Merlimau Malacca into the Grand Ballroom to VVIP table. 

As VVIP and all guest entered the Grand Ballroom , emcee ask audience to stayed standing to sing anthem song of NegaraKu and Polytechnic theme song "Politeknik Malaysia". Emcee announce audience to sit and time for Ustaz from our Polytechnic Merlimau Malacca  recite the Du'a.

Chief Director of Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik (JPP), Yg. Bhg. Datuk Mohlis Bin Jaafar giving a speech during opening ceremony. 

Main VVIP Yg. Berhormat Datuk Mary Yap Kain Ching giving a speech regarding to the objectives of event and Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik (JPP) future plan for Polytechnic.

The launching of eDOLA 2015 with new official slogans of "Polytechnics Soaring Upwards".  

Performance from student of Polytechnic Metro Kuala Lumpur with official song of eDOLA 2015 which is "I'm the Hope of Dreams" followed by performance of dancer from Polytechnic Merlimau Malacca.  















BEHIND THE SCENE OF eDOLA2015

Pictures above show the final check on registration before the event started. Basically we will checked spelling, guest name, guest attendance and document form before put in all form into each file that we already categorized.  

This is eDOLA 2015 arch before we entering the Grand Ballroom of Equatorial Hotel in Malacca. This arch was prepared by crew of Platinum Apple Communication & Entertainment before the event. The purpose of this arch are to welcoming the guest before entering the hall. 

Photo Booth : This Purpose of this section is to keep guests busy and engaged and hopefully, the novelty of the experience will have them talking long after they've left the event. 

Holding Room : We used Merbau Room for VVIP as holding room to hold VVIP in this room prior before the event started.

Table arrangement for eDOLA 2015 event, the table arrangement made by class of DEV5 from Polytechnic Merlimau Malacca. We arranged all table according guest priority from VVIP, VIP, press and winners also invited guest from Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik (JPP).

Tagging : For table tagging in Grand Ballroom we used different colours of card to label  each table from VVIP until Winners .  

An official tag is a keyword adopted by events and conferences for participant to use in their web publications, such as blog entries, photos of the event and presentation slides.
